The Village is experiencing a high volume of permit requests. Please allow two to three weeks for permit review. When permits are issued, they are good for up to one year, if projects are planned, please apply for a permit weeks in advance for any project.

Office Hours: The Village of Wonder Lake Building Department is available Tuesday through Friday 9am to 3:30pm.
