The water service charges are for the Village's provision of water services. This provision of services includes services from Village Water Department staff as well as other Village departments (as required) in support of the Water Department to furnish an adequate capacity of water supply, storage, major distribution, and materials for extending, connecting, expanding, or replacing of the municipal waterworks to serve the applicant’s lot, parcel, or tract of land.
2026 pricing listed on this page made effective on Feb 1, 2026, will be reflected on your March bill.

- Water Connection fee: One-inch residential service: $4,025
- Greater than one-inch water service: as defined by local ordinance
- Sewer Connection fee: $2500 for "domestic concentration", as outlined in § 53.57
- Late fee (past 20 days): 10% of billing amount

- New or replacement water meter and MDX charge: $483 - $604 (depending on service size)

- 2026 Monthly Senior residential base rate $44.61 for up to 6,999 gallons
- New rate reflects a 2.90% COLA increase from 2025 rate of $54.19
- 2026 Over allotment rate per 1K gallons $7.96
Non-Residential Water User Rates
- 2026 Monthly non-residential base rate $61.34 for up to 6,999 gallons of processing
- 2026 Monthly Senior non-residential base rate $49.07 for up to 6,999 gallons
- +10% over residential rate for the current year
- 2026 Over allotment non-resident rate per 1K gallons $8.77
Residential Wastewater User Rates
- 2026 Monthly residential base rate $44.61 for up to 6,999 gallons
