All final water bills must be paid at the time of closing. To ensure timely and accurate processing:
- Email your request to utilitybilling [at] wlvillage.org (utilitybilling[at]wlvillage[dot]org) at least one week prior to the scheduled closing date. This allows us to confirm staff availability and prepare the final bill.
- In your request, please include the following details:
- Property address
- Scheduled closing date
- Seller’s name
- Buyer’s full name (first, middle initial, last)
- Buyer’s phone number
- Buyer’s email address
- The final bill will be emailed one business day prior to closing.
- A $35.00 final read fee will be applied to the account.
Important: If the closing date is rescheduled, please notify the Water Department immediately.
