Week of Monday, May 4, 2026
There will be no parking, for the week, in the parking area north of Hancock Drive between E. Wonder Lake Road/Wonder Lake Dive (Wonder Lake State Bank) and E. Wonder Lake Road (Three Way Stop Intersection). Parking is available in the south parking lane, south of the eastbound traffic on Hancock Drive. (See attached Map). Additional parking is available at River Bend Plaza for the public. Pedestrian traffic will be able to cross Hancock Drive at steel plates that will traverse the concrete curb while the curbs cures.
E. Wonder Lake Road will be closed to through traffic from Hancock Drive north to Birch Drive into the month of May.
East Drive will be closed to through traffic from Hancock Drive to Center Drive and Center Drive will be closed from East Drive to E. Wonder Lake Road into the month of May.
The Contractor will be removing and replacing the concrete curb and gutter located between the roadway and parking area on Hancock Drive between E. Wonder Lake Road/Wonder Lake Dive (Wonder Lake State Bank) and E. Wonder Lake Road (Three Way Stop Intersection); placing curb and gutter and sidewalk that has been removed on the north end of the parking area; and begin to prepare the parking area for paving, with flaggers directing traffic.
The Contractor will be placing and grading aggregate base course for roadway base on East Drive, Center Drive and on East Wonder Lake Road.
The Contractor will be installing water services, within the right-of-way, on East Drive from Hancock Drive to Center Drive and on E. Wonder Lake Road between Hancock Drive and 500 feet north of Center Drive.

The Hancock Drive parking area, north of Hancock Drive between E. Wonder Lake Road/Wonder Lake Dive (Wonder Lake State Bank) and E. Wonder Lake Road (Three Way Stop Intersection), will be temporarily open for the week for parking.
E. Wonder Lake Road will be closed to through traffic from Hancock Drive north to Birch Drive into the month of May.
East Drive will be closed to through traffic from Hancock Drive to Center Drive and Center Drive will be closed from East Drive to E. Wonder Lake Road into the month of May.

The Contractor will be placing asphalt binder course to within 1-1/2 inches of the roadway surface to provide a drivable roadway surface, with flaggers directing traffic. The detour route will be removed once this task is complete.
