Hancock Drive Businesses will remain open and accessible.
Week of November 3rd
Access to driveways will be interrupted from 7 AM Monday, November 3rd to Monday, November 10th to prepare grade and paving, on:
1. Southside of South Drive from E. Lake Shore Drive to E. Wonder Lake Drive
2. North and south side of Hancock Drive between Hancock Triangle at E. Lake Shore Drive to the east at the intersection with E. Wonder Lake Road/E. Wonder Lake Drive
3. North side of Hancock Drive from about the Cup of Wonder Coffee Shop to the east
Vehicles, that will be used during the interruption, will need to be removed from the driveways by 7 AM on Monday, November 3rd. Daytime street parking , from 7AM to 5 PM will not be allowed. Overnight parking from 5 PM to 7 AM will be allowed. Flyers will be distributed. Check the Village website for updates.
Roadway aggregate base grading will take place on South Drive and Hancock Drive from Monday November 3rd to Tuesday November 4th.
Roadway paving of binder course as well as surface course will take place on South Drive and Hancock Drive from Wednesday November 5th to Friday November 7th.
Sanitary main installation will take place on Hancock Drive from about the Cup of Wonder Coffee Shop to the east starting Monday November 3rd to Friday November 7th.
Force Main installation will take place on Hancock from about the Cup of Wonder Coffee Shop to the east on Thursday November 6th.
South Drive will be closed – Local traffic only - between E Lake Shore Drive and E Wonder Lake Drive during paving operations.
Sunset Drive will be closed – Local traffic only - between East Lake Shore Drive and East Wonder Lake Road during paving operations.
The Intersection of Hancock Drive and E Wonder Lake Drive will be closed – Local traffic only – during sanitary main installation.
Week of November 10th
Roadways (Sunset Drive, South Drive, Wonder Lake Drive, Wonder Lake Road and Hancock Drive will be temporarily stabilized/restored from Monday November 10th to Friday November 14th
Sanitary Main will be installed on Hancock Drive from Monday November 10th to Friday November 14th
