GENERAL INFORMATION:
- All SSA's are billed on the property tax bills.
- Only SSA #3 and #4 can be paid off early and are flat amounts per lot.
- All other SSA amounts may very slightly based on changed in a properties equalized assessed value (EAV) in relationship to the whole SSA's EAV.
- Taxes are levied for at the end of the year and paid in the next year.
- All SSA construction is complete except for SSA #9. Specifics on SSA #9 construction can be obtained from the MPOA.
